HHRMA Sanur – THE PAVILIONS BALI, a luxury boutique property in Sanur, is looking at growing its exceptional team.
The Pavilions Bali Sanur is looking for a Chief Engineer with qualifications as below :
- Manage all aspects of POMEC team (Engineering / Gardening / Pool Attendants)
- Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the resort, including a total of 21 pools
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules, policies and records to ensure seamless property operations
- Establishes effective communication channels within department/with other key operational departments
- Source, select and coordinate work performed by outside contractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws, act as a safety & emergency champion
