Secluded Bali Villas are looking for an experienced, honest and hard-working staff member to work as Villa Manager OR Villa Attendant to join us in a permanent position with requirements as below:
Essential Requirement:
- Indonesian resident/national.
- Excellent written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Guest services, housekeeping/cleaning and maintenance experience.
- Channel manager, basic spreadsheet, and basic email and WhatsApp skills.
- At least 2 years operation work experience.
Desirable Requirement:
- Hospitality qualification and villa management experience.
- Able to handle of Petty Cash/receipts.
- Friendly, positive and helpful manner.
- Self-starter, motivated, diligent and organized with an eye for detail.
- Meets deadlines.
- Willing to learn and to play a key and growing role in our business as we expand further.
Salary: Minimum Wage but can be more depending on skills and experience. BPJS and THR included.
Other:
- Able to start immediately.
- Flexible working hours.
- Role is primarily villa based (Bingin/Seminyak/Canggu/Munduk).
