Pandawa All Suite Hotel is currently developing and opening a new restaurant soon in Umalas area. We are currently looking for a Head Chef with qualification as below:

• Associate degree in culinary arts
• Minimum 2 years experience in kitchen management position
• Great ability to manage a budget and keep accurate records
• Able to work under pressure
• Constructing menus within new or existing
• Controlling and directing the food preparation process
• Strong team leader and management skill
• Provide a high standard of food production in the interest of customers
• Ensure the kitchen is managed efficiently and professionally
• Excellent in managing budget and food waste
