makali Temple Village Pererenan is looking for a Guest Service & Manager with qualification as below:
- English fluent, written and verbal
- Bahasa Indonesian
- Excellent organization skills
- ‘Can do’ personality & attitude; self-motivated; excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage and establish schedules and goals, reporting to owner
- Solutions-oriented
- Leadership skills with an ability to motivate a team into high performance
- You love to communicate and help others – hospitality is in your blood
- Proven experience in hotel/resort/villa complex with minimum 4 years experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Understanding of hotel management best practices
- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (CloudBeds, Siteminder, similar)
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
- Ability to work with others and report directly to owners
Responsibilities:
- Ensure best, seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Operation day-to-day of departments
- Ensure property standard is maintained at a high level – clean, fresh, modern – from housekeeping, to villas, to gardens and uniforms. You are responsible for the first impression guests have of makali Temple Village
- Manage Property Management Software (CloudBeds/similar)
- Recruit Head Housekeeping to manage and guide Housekeeping team
- Recruit F&B chef and bartender for kitchen and events
- Manage Departments on property (Housekeeping, Restaurant, Maintenance, Gardening) to ensure appropriately staffed and functioning
- Implement systems for the above management
- Rostering/Scheduling, in-out and costings and staff
- Supplier coordination, establish tracking systems, actively negotiate terms
- Operational duties include triple-checking villas, confirming Housekeeping standard, communicating to team on ways to improve, showing team the ‘makali way’.
