Impi management is looking for a Sous Chef with qualification as below:
- 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Responsibilities:
- Helping in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus
- Producing high quality plating both from the design and taste wise
- Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way to meet the quality standards
- Filling in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
- Managing and training kitchen staffs, establishing working schedule and assessing staff’s performance
- Ordering supplies and managing stock inventory
- Complying with and enforcing sanitation regulations and safety standards
