- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks consistent with business objectives.
- High attention to detail.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PMS (VHP), industry related software desired.
- Must be fluent in English and local language.
- Strong sales skills.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position or strong track record in customer service for at least 2-years.
- Hotel experience desired.
