Sunset Point Amed Karangasem is looking for an IT Staff with qualification as below:
- English is a must both speaking and writing
- Minimum 2 years experience years working experience.
- Experience in assembly and troubleshoot PC Hardware & Printer
- Could to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows
- Firm knowledge in the Networking area (TCP/IP, Cable, Termination)
- Willing to be placed in lembongan island
Responsibility :
- Troubleshoot and solve end-user problems
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure (Servers, Mail, Internet, WAN, LAN, etc.).
- Responsible to install, configure computers, hardware, software, network printer, and scanner
- Responsible to maintain IT Asset, hardware, and software
- Provide approved end-users service request
- Write and send the report on the end-users problems and request
- Perform regular maintenance for end-users PCs and IT equipment
- Do the mail server, networking and do PR and SR
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Responsible to support all users inside the company
