Grün Resorts Canggu – Duty Manager

We are a unique boutique property with 11 small 1BR villas to manage and we are looking for a passionate Duty Manager, that is reliable, puts guests first and can deliver with his team an exceptional standard.

You will directly report in our area GM and this is a fantastic growth opportunity for talented, ambitious hospitality talents with a clear career growth path representing a unique hospitality brand.


  • Have a minimum two years of experience in the same position.
  • Graduated with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and negotiation skills.
  • Mature, ambitious, and self-driven
  • Proactive, self-motivated and have the desire to learn
  • Have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with a target
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Fluent in English, other language is a plus
  • Able to join immediately

What will you do:

  • Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and form of payment.
  • Secure payment prior to check-in, verify/adjust billing.
  • Supply guests with directions and property information.
  • Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met.
  • Interacts with customers on a regular basis throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction.
  • Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
  • Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support teams to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Ensures compliance with all policies, standards and procedures.
  • Emphasizes guest satisfaction during meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
  • Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
  • Serves as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills.
  • Sets a positive example for guest relations.
  • Ensures employees understand customer service expectations and parameters.
  • Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals.
  • Conducts regular inspection tours of the entire facility for appearance, safety, staffing, security, and maintenance.
  • Celebrates successes and publicly recognizes the contributions of team members.
  • Ensures employees are cross-trained to support successful daily operations.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
