A spa center in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Receptionist (Full-time) with qualification as below:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proven 2+ years of working experience in a customer service role
- Proven retail work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
- Experience: Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and text
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reports about the business and expenses
- Manage bookings to the system
- Make sure all clients are happy
- Handle cash and expenses
- Have a general overview over the spa and staff
- Make sure all clothing and products look aesthetic in the spa and that the inventory is up to speed
